Paid setup and customization
Every paid project starts with a written quote that sets out the scope, the price and the payment stages. This policy applies unless that quote says otherwise.
- Before work starts: cancel at any time and we refund any advance you paid, in full.
- After work starts: you can cancel at any time. We charge for the work done up to that point, at the rates in the quote, and refund the rest of what you paid. You keep everything we built up to then.
- If we cannot deliver: if what we deliver does not match the agreed scope and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we refund the part of the fee that covers the work we could not deliver.
- Fixes after delivery: for 30 days after delivery, we fix anything that does not match the agreed scope at no extra cost.
How to ask for a refund
Email privacy@templateit.net with your project name and what went wrong. We reply within 2 business days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Platform fees
Fees you pay to Zoho, HubSpot, Microsoft, Google or any other platform are between you and that platform. We cannot refund them.
